What the mobile app accesses

The mobile app retrieves authorized business dashboard information needed to display executive summaries, including aggregate counts, connection or workflow status, source timestamps, and related operational health information. The app may also open protected Maconchanges web experiences for information or actions that are not provided directly inside the native app.

The current native app configuration does not request device location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo-library, advertising, or similar device permissions.

Account and sign-in information

Protected web services linked from the app may require authentication. Credentials and account information used by those hosted services are processed through the applicable secured web and business systems rather than being intentionally stored as a local mobile-app snapshot.

How information is used

Information is used to provide executive business visibility, maintain system connections, show source freshness and operational health, support authorized business workflows, troubleshoot service issues, and protect the integrity of Maconchanges systems.

Service providers and connected systems

Maconchanges uses business and technology service providers to operate the Command Center and connected workflows. Information may be processed by those providers when necessary to deliver the services, maintain integrations, secure the environment, or support authorized business operations. Each connected service may also apply its own privacy and security terms.

Storage and retention

The native client is designed to request current dashboard information rather than maintain a separate long-term local archive of business metrics. Information held by connected backend or business systems may be retained according to the operational, security, legal, and account requirements that apply to those systems.

Security

Maconchanges uses access controls and connected-service security features intended to limit business information to authorized use. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so access credentials and devices should be protected appropriately.

Children

The CEO Command Center is a business operations application and is not designed or directed for children.
